Russ came to us for a second opinion. He had a recommendation to put crowns on his lower front 4 teeth. Due to severe destruction of his dentition, misaligned and collapsed bite, I could not see anyone only placing 4 crowns and doing the patient a service. We explained to Russ how debilitating his condition was and allowed him to make his decision.
